After reading the latest newsletter I wish to take the time to address the rumor of the possible resignation of the club pro. I want to thank the Commissioner, the Board of Directors, fellow competitors, and associates, for the opportunity to serve as the first of many club pros for the beginning of what we and many others have to come to know as FarmGolf. I have been involved in the conception and implementation of this most prestigious sport. TO THE COMMISSIONER AND TO THE ALMIGHTY, I give thanks. During my tenure, I have both played and witnessed many great matches, the ones I have missed have been with a heavy heart. I love this sport, the course, and the participants. The fine living I have become accustomed to, has introduced a plague I hope none of you ever have to deal with having said the above, I want to advise that should the Commissioner or the Board deem it necessary to appoint or seek a new club pro, I will be the first to commend them for their decision and will upon their recommendation/decision will step aside as the inaugural club pro, but at this time, I plan no letter of resignation and look forward to fulfilling the final two years of the position.
