A faint roar could be heard amongst the usual space static this evening from the no.3 scope in Green Bank WV. as the first hole in one was thought to be recorded at Hevdog's legendary 1st hole. The lucky duffer was Vito, a long time patron of Thistledown and frequent partner of Hev's. After a quick round at the non-farm layout at Snowshoe, the players gathered for a par 3 contest. The first swing by the "V" bounced twice and dissapeared in the dusklit green. Although upon retrieving the ball was discovered resting against a slightly raised cup but further review of local rules deemed the shot worthy. A feast, libations and cannon fire commenced almost immediatley. NRAO HQ GREEN BANK
